Adlerian Therapy

Focuses on purpose, belonging, and the goals that drive your behaviour

Adlerian therapy is based on the work of Alfred Adler, who believed that all human behaviour is purposeful and directed toward goals — even behaviour that seems self-defeating. It explores your early life experiences, birth order, and the mistaken beliefs you may have formed about yourself and the world. A key concept is ‘social interest’ — the idea that wellbeing comes from feeling connected and contributing to something beyond yourself.
