Integrative Therapy

Draws on multiple approaches, tailored to fit you rather than a single model

Integrative therapy doesn’t follow a single model — instead, the therapist draws on a range of approaches (CBT, psychodynamic, humanistic, body-based) and tailors them to the individual client. The underlying idea is that no single therapy works for everyone, and a skilled integrative therapist can flex to meet you where you are. Most experienced therapists work integratively to some degree.
